Post subject:  I got banned by a misunderstanding
Hi,

I was banned and it says i combat logged but i diddnt. I was at the south airfield and some guy approached me and i tried to talk to him but i was in sidechannel apparently so my screen messed up after some wierd noises so i shut down my game and logged in immediately afterwards and then the guy shot me.

Anyway i wish u guys would have written to me instead of banning me when its obviously a mistake.

I was a fresh spawn and i logged in right after i got out.

You broke 2 rules, first of all you talked in side chat, secondly you combatlogged, the player you tried to talk to was actually shooting you but you probably didn't hear it because of the anti talk in side voices.

Tonight the 24 hour ban will be over, after that you can play again and please start off with rebidning your talk in side chat button

^ That's just from yesterday. Each one of those kicks is you talking in sidechat more than 3 times in a single login and being kicked by the server.

There's no excuse for talking in sidechat as often as you have been. I think I am going to add some autoban rules in future for people repeatedly getting pv #21 kicks like you have been there.

It literally takes 20 seconds to rebind your capslock key to "voice over direct" and you will never have this problem again. It's VERY annoying to be playing dayz and hear another persons mic even if you only accidentally hit the key for a split second.

Well, i know i did it a couple of times yesterday but yesterday was also my first time ever on your server.

Im not used to your setup. But i will rebind the key as u suggested

Anyway when will i be able to get back on exactly ?
