Hi, first of all i would ask Seaweed, why you didn' warn us if you knew about this before. We didn't hide with it. Everyone refills ammunition in one way or another. You wrote that is last warning, but you changed your mind after i gave you my opinion on that? I want to know opinions of other people about that because for me it's ridiculous.

Not telling the admin about a bug, and instead continually using it to refill magazines IS hiding it.

Claim ignorance all you like but I found about this bug today, by myself. The same day I made what you were doing impossible. If I'd known about it sooner because you had reported it to me I could have done it then too. You would much prefer to abuse the bug for your own profits, rather than play on a level playing field with every other player in this server.

Yes refilling mags in tents/backpacks is popular with some experienced players on server restart. It's a small problem that's always persisted in the game. It's one we would never try to police because its so widespread. However what I have seen CONTINUALLY from every single member of RTB is blatant reliance on a glitch. If anyone else abused this bug the way your squad did I would have found them too. You must have literally looted about 4 m240 mags in your lives. If I saw any player intentionally leave the server to refill their mags and I could prove it they would indeed be warned for it.

Now RTB have been warned for things already. You were warned for namechanging bullshit tactics, and trying to kill players with basebuilding objects. Next you were warned because two members of your squad tried to change their texture files to remove grass/rocks/trees or other objects. I told your squad before there would be no warnings for future offenses of the rules, and specifically stated duping and abusing glitches would be among those things.



That log is every single player skin change from 22th to 25th. Look at the ridiculous percentage of those skin changes that are RTB members. It's just insane. You must literally be terrified to lose a magazine, its very sad.

Now there's more to this than just habitual bug abuse too. There's a known duping exploit from skin changes, one which is extremely commonly reported to us as admins. There's other exploits too which I'm not going to detail here. I regularly remove duped clones of players when this bug occurs. Now what I find particularly interesting is that I have only had to do this for RTB once, a few days ago. Yet you change skins more times than anyone else on the server combined and have done since you first day playing here.

That's what I call suspicious. More skin changes than everyone else combined, yet only 1 instance of a problem being reported. Do I want to spend the time verifying every single skin change RTB have ever made in my server was not done to create duplicated items or exploit other bugs? No I don't. Not when you all change skins about 10 times a day and have done every single day you played here.

I mean look at the log, why would you even need to more ammo this often for example? Unless of course some other bug is your intention.

Frankly I don't trust your squad or anything you have to say to me regarding this. What I see in the logs is systematic exploit of bugs for your own benefits. In my opinion you are abusing bugs, and probably for more than just refilling magazines too. On top of all of this you are the most suspicious group of players I have ever seen on the server. People regularly ask me about instances where they feel your squad is hacking. Verification of this again eats hours of admin time spectating you etc.

I have wasted enough time on a squad who aren't responsible enough to report bugs and instead abuse them for themselves. Good luck on your next server the bans will not be lifted the reasons why are already clear on the rules page. I told you all when TwojaStara was temp banned there would be no more warnings for RTB.

This glitch is one i never heard of. As far as restart refilling goes, i knew it was there, but usually when i run out of mags i either drop the gun or swap out mags from a tent. But i don't tell the rest of my squad to dump mags to refill because abusing glitches is against the rules.

i dont think there is a single player on this server that has not wondered where RTB got there guns from so frequent and so fast, the sad thing is that, while definetly abusing glitches, they realy were good and active fighter.

Yes, that's what I was saying from very beginning - they are good fighters. I never enountered anything what would look like cheat from RTB. Combat experience, usually good tactics, well-played roles and my own personal mistakes sometimes was what made them win most of fights (or just having more people than we had made them win one of the fights, while we were killing more). That made you really good enemy and I was always extremly happy killing one of you (and actually I had a lot of battles where I killed couple [Daisy had even more of these situations] and actually survived many times aswell).

But this is true, that I always wondered where did they get ammo for machine guns from.
Once I was flying plane for 20 minutes above them and all the time I was being shoted, and actually they destroyed the plane after long time (I was hoping for them running out of ammo finally).

I think you should admit that it's not nice and fair, and it actually doesn't make difference if you just turn on a cheat for infinite ammo instead. Personally I ran out of ammo during fights many times (which creates interesting situation as you have to react for this somehow). Never thought about refilling it in any way during fight.
I think explaining yourself by telling admin that "everybody does that one way or another" is not really right, and is not a way which is going to give you unban anywhere.
There's no way to write down every type of glitch in a rules, but its commonsensical. Usually you will know when your actions are acceptable and you should notice when you go past the level of good taste.

Well, I would like to see you on the server, but the way you appealed wasn't good, and I understand point of view of admin aswell. I can imagine it's very demanding to keep server the way Seaweed does. While he's actually not playing a lot, he keeps that business up for us. Making it harder for him (using glitches, and then not even admitting that it was wrong) in any way is not very fortunate for all of us - admins, community and your group.

That's not been proven though has it, and it can only be proven by me; looking at hundreds of seperate database backups prior to and following every single skin change RTB have ever made. Frankly that's never going to be possible, because you've changed skins so many times, it's impossible to have time to look back at all now. As I've already said I find it incredibly hard to believe that you have only ever had one duped body from a skin change when your clan changes skin more times than everyone else on the server combined.

What your clan did is as wojos said not really any different to "execVM infiinite-ammo.sqf". It doesn't matter that you "only refilled" mags, and I have no idea why you keep saying this like "just refilling mags" is somehow ok. You may as well have been spawning those mags in, the effect it has on EVERYONE else in the server is exactly the same. You have used the exploit every day you played on this server and in doing so have imbalanced the game for the entire server. Not only do you make it far easier for yourselves when you never have to loot a mag. You also give out ammunition to others when they kill you that should have never been in game in the first place.

I really don't care what people have to say to me after the fact. Because in situations like this you are only speaking to me and being remorseful about it because you have been caught doing it. This is irrelevant to me now, when the reason you have been banned was because you didn't talk to me about it in the first place. What matters to me is what you did BEFORE the ban.

"It's a safe assumption that your clan are not honest enough to report any kind of glitch that can be used for your own profit." - Many times we reported duped bodies, and after this we hidden them, what is more sometimes we had to wait ages before those disappeared- that is a first thing. Those logs show only 10% of truth, because we were more often changing clothes to deny bug with "transfusion succesful" (of course, we could eat something, but it would be a waste of food, sometimes we had to change clothes many times) - second thing. One day someone had asked me on chat: "RTB do you refill your ammo with glitches?" - I answered: "Yes, we do. Is it a problem?", but no one answered me, so I understood It as "yes" - we have never hidden the fact that we do this.

RTB have messaged me ONCE about a duped body as I already said. Also you can't usually hide a duped body which is why people contact us to do it for them.



So basically what you are saying is its ok if I join a server, and start cheating until the admin tells me that cheating is not allowed? Am I expected to read literally every single thing that's said in chat on the server now?

Btw I do generally read the chatlogs, and I never saw that discussion. I even just searched back through them all for the words "refill" or "ammo" and read back every mention of both over 2 months. Lots of people complaining they had run out of ammo (something you will be unfamiliar with) but no one asking you about that.

Regardless I don't care about anyone asking you in chat anyway, because reading chat is not my responsibility. Knowing and abiding by the rules of the server is however your responsibility.

You all read the rules of the server. The rules page makes very clear what you were doing was not acceptable in no uncertain terms.



If that was true you wouldn't have been banned. You didn't speak to any admins about this at all yet you did it every single day. How is that not hiding it? If what you did wasn't hiding it, what exactly would it consist of when someone was hiding this particular glitch? You were happier to abuse the glitch than allow an admin to fix it. If that was not the case you would have asked about it.

This discussion is going absolutely no where.Your attitudes are completely out of order, you don't show any remorse. None of you even seem to even recognize you have done anything wrong. Despite even hearing from others in the server like Wojos how your cheating directly impacted them as players. If what you did wasn't wrong then you wouldn't have been banned. I don't want players on my server who would rather abuse a bug than help me fix it.
