What is your ideal loadout that you equip yourself with before you wander the woods or go out hunting? Me: large pack for my sniper rifle, canteen, pain pills, morphine, food and drink. My main inv, some type of assault rifle, pain pills and morphine and that's it. Try to stay light. Only when I'm running with my squad will I carry a blood bag. And even then I sometimes forget to grab one. |

Except I take an M24 as my sniper(if at all) and I usually favor Silenced M4's as my primary, but will go with an M8/Mk.16 from time to time. |

Any automatic weapon I can get my grubby hands on. Any sidearm bar the makarov with 4 loads and 4 bandages. Some food and drink. And a bag full of medical supplies to help innocent players. There doesn't seem to be any innocent players though, so the medical supplies are coming off the list. |

Since I'm more of a zombie hunter/tomb raider type, I don't really bother with high grade weapons. - Preferably a full utility belt. - 1x Blood Bag, 1x Antibiotics, 1x Morphine, 2x Bandages, 2x Painkillers, 1x Epi Pen - 2x Boiled Canteen, 2x Any type of cooked meat - M911/G17 sidearm, 6 clips - Ghillie or Camo - AKM/M24/CZ550/G36C/Enfield/Winchester 1866, 2-3 clips I'm horrible at PVP, so hence I try and stay away from it. |

I won't venture north without a hatchet, a hunting knife and a box of matches. I'm happy when I have a pack large enough to carry a long range weapon. M16A4 ACOG with 3 or more STANAGS to run with and M14 AIM + DMR mags in back pack. The M16A4 actually has the better range but lacks the power of the M14. |

I would take the M14 AIM as primary with an M24/DMR as secondary for that ammo-sharing goodness. Really no need for an ACOG if you're gonna be carrying a sniper as well IMO. |

you can use the m14 out to about 350-400 metres, which is about the easy use range for the m16 acog too (maybe up to about 500 m if your good, its mostly luck to hit someone repeatedly with it at 600 m) |

The point is M14 AIM does more damage, 8K as opposed to 3.5k(ish) from an ACOG, and for anything beyond it's effective range you would just use your sniper rifle anyway. Not to mention you could free up a few precious slots in your back-pack since you don't have to carry a different type of ammo. Personally, I take 6 mags with an M14 AIM, 2 of which I would reserve for the M24/DMR. |

Enough medical supplies for myself and a quick patch job for a bud if need be, assault rifle with launcher and some HE and smoke grenades suppressed if available, DMR with a couple mags for long range engagements since it's one of the few scoped rifles that NVGs work with, M9 SD for taking out zombies, if room allows a couple frag grenades for clearing out those corners in buildings people hide in waiting to get the drop on you, and a couple smoke grenades for distraction of players/cover for movement and if desperate zombies. That's the usual role I play as the assault style or overwatch general. Otherwise I may roll with a 249 or 240 for suppression and fire for effect if we need a squad gunner. I tend to be the resident helicopter pilot as well which can be good and bad. |
