Yeah they were added in response to mine and others continual complaining about how hard planes and choppers are to shoot down without 50 cals.

Shame they will probably just get hoarded in a base and rarely used

is it possible to do something like a vehicle has to leave the range of 1000m around flagpole once in 2 weeks or will blow up?

Not very easily, plus of course once people knew about that they would just move it 1001m away once every 2 weeks

why not limit the base to one car and zero helis?

I have yet to see a heli flying around that isent the animated crashsite.

People cried enough about it when I limited them to 6 vehicles.

Helis are not often stored in bases, generally they crash and take a long to respawn. Because I believe that gives them more value and makes for better gameplay than having them respawn every single restart. I'll tell you this much for free, there are currently 0 helicopters inside a base.

This will definitely decrease the fun and gameplay. Don't do that Seaweed *beg beg* ...

In my opinion its good that the heli doesnt respawn every single restart in case of crash. As Seaweed said, it will become more valuable.

Problem in my eyes is that noone but RTB seems to be using their cars, there is to little traffic up north.

We had an epic "fight" between a heli and a plane yesterday, followed by stealing the plane and flying plane and heli followed by another hr of heli flying.

This morning we flew the heli another 3 hours or so before switching to ural which we drove all over the map for about 3 hours aswell.

The day before that we drove by polana in our military offroad to meet 3! pickups and some guys from RTB that almost shot us into pieces.

The day before that daisy and i drove down from elektro to cherno only to meet a car full of KR and shoot them up.

TL;DR I have no idea what you are talking about.
