So, i was playing last night just right, gettin dat loot, but when i tried to log in today, i kept getting admin kicked, and telling me to get whitelisted...but...i've been whitelisted for a while now :/

I think we both know why that is

ah, okay, that makes sense. My cd key was stolen (and now apparently banned), so i had to purchase a new copy of arma 2. I made various threads in the dayz forums, and emailed battleye about it, but apparently once your key is stolen theres nothing they can do about it

also, how was i able to play last night? this happened about 2 weeks ago

You registered a new account under a separate email address, the whitelister picked up on it and begun kicking you once it confirmed the duplication. I'll have a look back over some old server battle eye logs when I get time and provided it looks clean I will sort it out.

Sorry if the battle eye ban was actually illegitimate, from what I hear most key stealers can come with dayz hacks or other dayz "software". Hope you've located the source you don't want the same thing to happen again.

no worries man, tbh, before it happened to me i never believed anyone's BS stories about that kinda stuff :p I downloaded an "arma 2 fps booster" (i guess i kinda deserved it, eh?). i made the new account because i realized my guid was different, i didn't mean to try to "decieve you" or anything like that.

And take your time, I just don't wanna lose the chance to play with ya'll, this is by far the best server I have played on.

Edit: if it helps at all, when I was playing alot on the server was usually between midnight to 5am PST

So, i assumed the issue was resolved, as i was able to login and play for a good part of the day today, but while i was playing with AJ tonight all was well for a good hour, then i got kicked off saying i needed to be whitelisted. Im not sure how whitelist servers work (im pretty new still to arma2/dayz), so i guess you can play for a little bit and not get kicked off if your not whitelisted?

However, if you havent had a chance to look into my case yet, then disregard this post :p
