there is a bug when repairing the humvee i believe. i had to dump the wheels into the humvee inventory and then apply each wheel one by one, adding the wheel, then removing it, then adding it again. that is the only way it seemed to take the wheel. not sure if this is with all humvees but i did acquire the humvee at said coordinates. wheels were farmed at cherno factory for the repair.
